Vistula Solutions

For facilities · fiduciaries · referring professionals

An independent clinical partner, on the record.

The hardest part of treatment is that your work ends at discharge and the risk starts at discharge. That is the piece we do. Families hire us directly for the months after — your discharge plan gets a name and a phone number in it instead of a printout.

How a referral works

Three steps, no strings

01

Tell the family we exist

Around week two of the stay — some families bring in independent oversight for the transition home.

02

They call us directly

(805) 206-9477, same-day response. The family engages us; nothing routes through your program.

03

Your discharge plan gets stronger

Your alumni do better — and there's a name and a phone number in the plan for the months after.

The compliance line

No money moves between Vistula and any facility, in either direction, ever. Referring a family creates no EKRA or anti-kickback exposure for your program — that's by design, and it's in writing.

What facilities call us for

Crisis intervention

Rapid engagement when a client destabilizes — assessment, family communication, and a coordinated response while the treatment team stays focused on treatment.

Case consultation

An outside clinical read on a complex case: thought, mood, and personality disorders, co-occurring presentations, process addictions, trauma, and the complexities of family and generational wealth.

Treatment placement

Independent matching to the right level of care — residential, detox, or sober living — when a client needs what you don't provide. No referral fees taken or paid, in either direction.

Discharge continuity planning

The most dangerous day of treatment is the day it ends. We build the step-down plan before discharge and hold it afterward — providers coordinated, family briefed, warning signs watched.

Long-term case management & recovery coaching

Ongoing clinical case management after the client leaves your care: weekly provider meetings, written family updates, medication and progress tracking, recovery coaching that keeps the plan honest.

Family support

Structured work with the family system around the client — role clarity, boundaries, and communication that supports treatment instead of straining it.

For fiduciaries

Independent behavioral oversight

Professional fiduciaries need eyes on the case that answer to no one else — and a written record they can rely on.

We provide independent behavioral oversight of conservatees: regular clinical contact, provider coordination, and documented monthly reporting — dated, written records a fiduciary can file, showing what was promised, what was delivered, and what changed.

Scope and fee are agreed in writing before work begins, sized to the acuity and complexity of the case.

The first step

Twenty minutes, case by case.

Call, text, or write. Describe the case in broad strokes — no identifying details needed — and we'll tell you plainly whether we're the right fit.
